Spirit Garage is a grassroots ministry with people sharing their gifts and talents. There are over 80 people active in ministry in and through Spirit Garage. This gathering is for those interested in learning how to serve as well as those currently serving including - helping with Worship, Hosting, Children’s Ministry, Small Groups, Service Events and more. Put your faith into action. 9 AM - Noon, Saturday, March 14, right here at the Music Box Theater. Sign up by Sunday, March 8. Contact: Wade Barry.

Spirit Garage Dipsticks - Polar Plunge for Special Olympics of Minnesota - March 7th, 2009

Spirit in Action is once again forming a team to brave the elements and plunge into Lake Calhoun in an effort to raise money for the Minnesota Special Olympics.  The SG "Dip Sticks" will be taking the plunge at the Lake Calhoun site on March 7th, 2009. 

Team membership requirements include only the ability to sign up, raise at least $75 through online fundraising, possessing a fun loving spirit and a touch of bravery. 

Please check out our team website by going to www.specialolympicsminnesota.org and clicking on “find a team” then “Minneapolis” and selecting “Spirit Garage Dip Sticks.”  If taking a frozen dip is not your style (did I mention the hot tub?), please consider making a pledge with one of our Dip Sticks or coming out on March 7th to support the jumpers.
