Some GREAT information yesterday from Nathan Dungan.  Here are just a few tidbits and resources:

"The choices we make with our money can change the world." Quote from Nathan

On average, Americans of any age are hit with 5,000 advertising impressions each and every day.

Young people under the age of 25 will spend or influence the spending of 1 TRILLION dollars this year.

Young people under the age of 25 spend five times more money (adjusted for inlfation) than their parents did at their age.

Share=the needs of others

Save=patience & discipline

Spend=needs vs. wants

Utilize the Share, Save, Spend philosophy to frame conversations with children around money.

Studies show that the endorphins released in the brain are almost identical whether we are experiencing a buyer's high or doing a good deed for someone else!
