Join us for “Story Slam,” a new segment on MPR’s “In the Loop.” 

Date is Aug 22nd (yes a weeknight, Wednesday) at the Bryant Lake Bowl, 810 West Lake Street. The show will start at 7:30 with doors opening at 6:30.  Cost is $6.

This will be an informal event being that it is a weeknight.  Please arrange to pick up your own tickets ahead of time or buy them at the door.  Food and drink can be ordered during the show.  Please let us know if you’ll be there so we know how many people to expect and can save seats, etc.  Any audience member can put their name in a hat to be drawn from.  If your name is drawn you get a shot at telling any story you wish about the topic “losing.”  The best stories are played during “In the Loop” later in the week.  If you’re not up for performing, just join us for a fun night of down home entertainment. 

Future Secondly,  we would like to get a group together to see Les Miserables at the Chanhassen.  We will most likely schedule this event for Oct. or Nov. and will need to collect money to order tickets early.  We will let you know about a date very soon.
