Hey Everybody!

As many of you know, for the last year and a half I've been working on my first solo CD. It won't be officially released until later this summer, but I do have some "pre-release" copies available.

The record is called "Hanging By A Thread", and it features 13 never before heard at SG tracks and a new version of The Salvation of Mr. Jones (with Joe Savage on the pedal Steel...you gotta hear it!)

I conscripted a bunch of your favorite SG players to fill out all the parts on the record, starting with Kerns on the bass. Who need John Paul Jones, I've got John Paul Kerns!  Troy Alexander and Jason DeBoer-Moran cover the drums, Erin DeBoer-Moran took care of all the piano, organ, and yes, acordian parts.

Ben Dolmar is busy working on a website for me, soon you will be able to visit me at www.newcenturyprophets.com. For now you can check out a few of the songs on my MySpace page at http://www.myspace.com/newcenturyprophets. There's even one you can download for free.

The CD will be available online soon at CD Baby, and should be in the local stores this fall. For now you can get your hands on one through me directly. They're $15 each, you can email or call me, or just grab me on Sunday!
