SG Contact Sheet

     Good Morning Everybody,

     We were talking at Sunrise breakfast on Sunday about building an email contact sheet for the group. It would be an easy way for us to reach each other during the week, and of course, inclusion to the list would be voluntary. It's a lot easier than asking everybody for their email address.

     We do this with my Scrabble Club. If one of us has an interesting anagram or word list that we want to share with the other members of the club, we just send an email to the main mailbox, and everybody gets it.

     We should be sure to make unsubscribing from the list very easy, for those who just wanted to try it out. For the rest of us, it would be a great way to share the spirit the other six days of the week.

Rick, Do you know of a good application for this? I have been looking for something that will serve us well, but haven't found anything yet. Please let me know.

Also, we have a someone working on a print directory that hopefully should be out soon. Thanks.

     Good Morning Ryan,

     I will ask the computer geek at Scrabble Club tomorrow what he uses for us.

     But, you know, maybe the simpler hard copy is a better idea. After a few forwards, a group email CC list would grow naturally from member's correspondence, and a website application would be unnecessary.

     I would be willing to bring a blank sign in sheet and keep it updated. 

     It seems to me that the list should include only name, telephone and email info. Please let me know what you think.
