Garage Prov is back to help those to use their whole body to reflect on deep messages.  My training as an improvisational actor has improved my ability to think quickly, interact with people genuinely, and see the world as full of opportunities to say YES! Garage Prov is not about getting on stage in front of people.  We will do small group exercises, interact in a fun and theatrical way and reflect on how certain exercises can inform our spiritual outlook. If you are interested in getting on stage these exercises will help prepare you.

What a great class!  The exercises were not only fun but allowed me time to be fully present with everyone participating in the group!  I also appreciated the opportunity to go outside of my comfort zone.  I always grow when I participate in those opportunities where I have some fear!  Alex did such a great job in leading this class!  Looking forward to more Garage Improv!
