There are lots of leaders in the world. There are presidents, coaches, bosses, parents, sergeants, etc. who lead others. These leaders are in charge of nations, teams, corporations, households, armies, etc.; who care of civilians, players, employees, children, soldiers, etc. But what is a Spiritual Leader? More importantly what are they in charge of and who is in their care? Many point to pastors, priests, rabbis, spiritual directors, etc., those who are paid professionals leading communities and caring for those who attend. At Spirit Garage we believe in a Grassroots Ministry, meaning we are all spiritual leaders. You cannot pay another to be your spiritual leader, instead you invest in a community that helps you discover your God-given gifts and discover how to share these gifts for the sake of all creation.

Jesus calls us to be his disciples in a world that desperately needs true Spiritual Leadership, which. . .
