Spirit in Action has formed a team to brave the elements and Plunge into Lake Calhoun to raise money for the MN Special Olympics. The “Dip Sticks” will take the plunge on March 6th. Team membership requirements include only the ability to sign up, raise at least $75 through online fundraising, possess a fun loving spirit and a touch of bravery. Check out our team website at SG Dipsticks "find a team" then "Minneapolis" and selecting "SG Dipsticks." If taking a frozen dip is not your style (did I mention the hot tub?), consider making a pledge to one of the Dip Sticks or coming out to support the jumpers. Contact: Bo Johnston

Hi I'm Alex! Garage Prov is back to help those to use their whole body to reflect on deep messages.  My training as an improvisational actor has improved my ability to think quickly, interact with people genuinely, and see the world as full of opportunities to say YES! Lets explore these together. Meet me after Service upstairs in the light studio or for more details Contact me: Alex Cleberg 719 660 0448.

All the way upstairs in the light booth right after worship!
