Many new residents come from homeless or unstable housing situations and are in need of basic household items. Spirit Garage is working to collect items for “Welcome Baskets” for new residents now through May 18.

During our 4-week Message Series following Easter, we will be having a conversation about The Game of Life - not the Hasbro game where you have a spinner to determine your move, but the life we are spinning with each move we make. To play The Game of Life requires asking Your Questions (Mar. 30), overcoming Your Doubts (Apr. 6) discovering Your Identity (Apr. 13), and living out Your Purpose (Apr. 20).

Are you curious about what it means to be a member of Spirit Garage? Then a Belonging Coffee Talk is for you. (Actually you can enjoy the beverage of your choice). Join us from 12:15-1:15 PM following worship on one of the following Sundays: March 30, April 13 or April 20 at the Dunn Brothers on 15th Street across from Loring Park. Feel free to come and check it out.  

Join us for the movie "Happy Feet" (PG) Sunday, April 13, from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. We start with a casual pot-luck (bring something to share or just show up), watch the film and end with a discussion concerning the issues of faith, identity, and morality that are presented in the film. We gather in the Cinema #215 of Bethlehem Lutheran Church 4100 Lyndale Ave S, Mpls. Contact: Ari Jensen.

When counting all children, youth, parents, and adults concerned about kids, Spirit Garage has almost 100 people. We’ve been blessed this year with Amy Santoriello’s leadership. She is graduating from Luther Seminary in May and her hope is this ministry not only continues but expands. Come and share your thanks, thoughts, and dreams for the younger ones among us. We are partnering with Cinema & Spirituality for a Potluck at 5 PM on Sunday, April 13 at Bethlehem, 4100 Lyndale Ave S, Mpls. Come for the Potluck or just for the Parent and Adult meeting at 5:45 PM. Nursery is available.
