Spirit in Action Valentine’s 5k Run & Walk – Sat. 2/16
Start: 9:30 am
End: 11:00 am

Come join fellow SGer’s in this fun run/walk on Saturday February 16 at 10am at Lake Harriet.  The cost is $30.00 if you register in advance at http://www.raceberryjam.com/valentine.html or $40.00 day of race registration. We are planning to huddle at the Lake Harriet Bandshell starting at 9:30.  Long-sleeve t-shirt included in the cost by Marathon Sports.  Be there or be warm. Contact: Brent Latchaw at 612-822-5198.

2nd Annual Minneapolis Polar Bear Plunge on March 1, 2008

Our team name is the Spirit Garage Dip Sticks and we are currently looking for some dippers. Not only we will get to invigorate our bodies with a plunge into Lake Calhoun on Saturday, March 1st; but we will also be raising money for the Minnesota Special Olympics.  I can see that we've already collected some sweet mullah!  If you're interested check out the Minneapolis page of the website...
