Sci-Fi & Spirituality has a new name as we broaden our horizons with films in many genres. Join us for Cinema & Spirituality as we watch films and discuss issues of faith, identity, and morality that are presented. We gather the second Sunday of the month, 5-8 PM in the Cinema Room on the 2nd floor of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 4100 Lyndale Ave S, Mpls. Whether it’s alcohol and drugs – or work, sex, exercise and attention – we all “worship idols.” What we expect to give us strength, leaves us feeling diminished...maybe even weak and defeated. All are invited to a reading and discussion group that will explore the relationship of human limitation to divine grace.
