Join Theater of the Month for the Mixed Blood Theater’s “Two Queens and a Castle.” Steele’s story uses gospel, R&B, jazz and pop to explore the tumult of a catapulting career, motherhood, extended family, church and a marriage to a gay man. It is a story of deception, love, revelation, and hope. Sunday, Sept. 30, 3:00 pm  at the Music Box Theater, Tickets- $22/adult, $18/student or senior. Sign up and payment deadline Sept. 9. 

Reading the Manual is an indepth Bible Study. The goal is to help strengthen not only your personal devotion time, but also learn how to lead a Bible study for others. This is a 12 week study that includes daily devotions using Lectio Divina and weekly homework. This week we are studying the human desire to be like God.
