Spirit Garage Band: "Revealed" Performing Live at Club 3 Degrees

Come hear Revlealed play at Club 3 Degrees in Downtown Minneapolis. Also playing will be Jonathan Rundman, Fuller Still and Catharsis. Revealed goes on stage at 9:30 PM.

SG at the Lake Harriet Band Shell - Sun. 6/11

Spirit Garage will be gathering for worship at the Lake Harriet Band Shell Sunday, June 11th at 10:00 AM.  We will not be meeting at Theater Garage that week.

Come by the band shell on your bike, roller blades or with your dog and bring a friend, this is a great time to invite that person you’ve been wanting to ask to join you at Spirit Garage. There will be a BBQ after the service in the park, just up the hill from the band shell.  So bring some food to share and hang out for lunch.

Back by popular demand, Spirit Garage is fielding a kickball team for the Summer 2006 season.  We are planning on playing on Tuesdays starting on June 20th.  Games will be held at the Bassett Creek Park located off of 55 and Penn in North Minneapolis (near 394 and about 15 minutes from Uptown).  The season consists of 6 regular season games plus playoffs.  Games will be played at 6:00, 6:50, or 7:40 each gameday.  We need 16 people to play in order to field a full team (preferably 8 guys and 8 girls).  Space is limited!

Another try for SG lunch at the fountain outside on the plaza on the north side of the Hennepin Government Center.   Bring a friend or co-worker.  The fountain is just off the Light Rail so if you want to join us from somewhere else hop on the light rail.  www.metrotransit.org 

Meet at Government Center Plaza Wednesday. June 21st at 11:30.
Bring your lunch or bring some cash for the hot dog vendor...also bring your ideas for how we can spend more time outside this summer... maybe a picnik in the park for next month?

The Twin City Underground is having their Second Lake Street Music Festival on Sunday June 25, 2006 from 2:00 to 9:00 PM., and will have seven bands playing. They have asked for volunteers from Spirit Garage to help with face painting, and basically drawing fake tattoos on the kids. If you are interested in helping, please contact Rick Gentry at 612.598.8813 or Matt Oberle at 612.432.7119 or sign up on the clipboard in the lobby.
