Poets/Spoken Word Gathering - Sun. 6/29

All poets, writers and spoken word performers. We are bringing a poetry group to Spirit Garage. The idea is to form a group of writers who will meet once or twice a month to share our writing. There is potential for some pieces to be used in worship and possibly published. If you have never written poetry or performed before don't let that stop you - Everyone is welcome! The vision for this poetry group is a writers' workshop offering support to encourage and inspire fellow writers to find their Spiritual voices. I find that writing from the heart is the best. Encouragement - To give courage, confidence, raise the hopes of, strengthen, hearten. When was the last time you received or given a genuine compliment?

"I'm eager to encourage you in your faith, but I also want to be encouraged by yours. In this way, each of us will be a blessing to the other." Romans 1:12

Join us Sundays, June 29 - July 27 to hear a word of encouragement and learn how to offer encouragement in a world that so desperately needs it.
