Children’s Ministry – God Spotting

This summer as part of Children's Time during Worship we are going to focus on God Spotting.  Each week we will look for God in a different way.  Each Child is asked to draw a picture or write a story to answer the Question of the Week.

Spirit Garage Habitat for Humanity Day with Thrivent Builds - Fri. 8/15

On Friday, August 15, we will be working on a house in Ramsey. We need 15 people to help build (Must be at least 14 years old) Also, as in years past, it would be great if there were some folks interested in purchasing food to prepare lunches and deliver them to the site for those who volunteer to work on the house that day (All ages welcome for meal service). SG Films debut in the 48 Hour Film Project - 6/13-15

The Spirit Garage film production group, SG Films, will be participating in the 48 Hour Film Project in Minneapolis, June 13th-15th.

The 48 Hour Film Project is a "wild and sleepless weekend in which you and your team make a movie--write, shoot, edit and score it--in just 48 hours."

The technical crew is largely in place, but we still need acting and/or singing talent. For those with acting experience who would like to participate, please contact me, Chris Powers or Wade Barry 651-336-5898.

The film genres are randomly assigned Friday evening, so we will know what we need sometime Friday night. We expect to begin shooting Saturday morning and continue throughout the day. We may need the actors for reshoots or overdubs during post-production Saturday evening and all day Sunday.
